The other way to buy. The base covers the studio, the equipment, a photographer and every frame shot on the day; casting, a makeup and hair artist, a studio assistant and a BTS video are each added on top, which is why the figure is always a “from”.

Pick the image, say what is wrong with it, and the photographer gets your words and that frame rather than a description of it. Every answer stays on the account instead of scattering into somebody’s inbox.
Invite the people who actually do the work. An owner pays, a manager approves, an assistant builds the shoots — and a role is only a starting point, so you can hand out or withhold any single permission. Junior staff can run an order without ever seeing what it costs.
Templates hold your reference sets — the angles, the styling, what counts as a deliverable — so the next order starts where the last one finished. Image specs hold the output side: formats, background, size and margins.
Essentials keeps your galleries and speeds delivery up with no order discount at all. Starter, Growth and Scale add the discount on top. The calculator compares them against what you actually ordered, and tells you when the free tier still wins.
Bank transfer, Zelle or card. Referral credit comes off the total and paying by card adds 3% — and the page prints that arithmetic before you pay rather than after, so the figure at the checkout is never a surprise.

Images are delivered in 3 to 10 business days, depending on your plan, counted from the day both your products and your payment have arrived. Expedited delivery costs 25% more and rush 50% more, and both shorten the deadline. Model shoots take longer, because casting comes first.
Ship them to our Brooklyn studio from anywhere in the US. You can arrange the label through your dashboard at live carrier rates or use your own. When you order you choose what happens afterwards: we ship them back, donate them, or dispose of them. Shipping guide.
Without a membership, an order needs at least 5 images. Members have no minimum. On-model work has a minimum of 20 images, because a model is booked for the day whatever the count.
Product images come with unlimited usage rights: your site, marketplaces, ads, print, with no time limit. Images with a recognisable model are licensed for one year, and extensions are available. Usage rights.
Yes. You have 7 days after delivery to request edits on the frame itself in your gallery. Fixes are free when the fault is ours, such as a missed shot, a color that does not match your reference, or wrong reflections. Other edits are $25 an hour, and anything under an hour is free. Revision policy.
You do not need to: most clients send a shot list and review the gallery. On a model shoot you can steer it while it happens, approving frames over a live stream or joining us in the studio by arrangement. Attending a shoot.
You send your shoot request unpaid. We check it, then send an invoice, and paying it confirms the order. Bank transfer (ACH), Zelle and checks carry no fee; cards add 3%.
